About the Role We’re currently seeking a capable and service-focused IT Support Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day technology needs of our business, ensuring our people can work efficiently and effectively. You will act as the primary internal IT support contact, supporting users on-site and coordinating with our external IT provider to ensure issues are addressed efficiently. About you To be successful in this role, you will bring: • Practical experience in IT support within a business environment (typically 1–3 years or equivalent) • Confidence supporting common IT issues across hardware, software, and user access • Certificate or Diploma in IT or equivalent experience. • Experience with user administration tasks, assisting with onboarding/offboarding and password management tools • Strong communication skills with a genuine focus on customer service • Well-organised with strong time management skills and a practical approach to problem-solving • Experience or interest in providing hands-on, on-site IT support including device setup and workstations environments • Act as on-site point of contact and coordinator for the outsourced IT service provider What We Offer At Carey Group, you can expect: Smart technology and streamlined systems that let you focus on adding real value.
