About the Role Grit Talent Consulting is recruiting an AO5 Advisor (Program Governance & Reporting) for a Queensland Government organisation. This role provides governance, reporting and project support across a portfolio of programs. Working closely with project managers and stakeholders, you'll help coordinate governance activities, maintain program documentation, support reporting, and ensure information is accurate and up to date. Key Responsibilities Prepare agendas, briefing papers, meeting packs and minutes for governance meetings. Coordinate governance actions and support steering committees and boards. Maintain risk, issue, dependency and action registers. Support change control processes and related documentation. Prepare program reports, dashboards and executive reporting. Validate program data to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency. Maintain program records and governance documentation. Support capacity planning and program oversight. Liaise with project managers and stakeholders to ensure governance requirements are met. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience in program or project governance, PMO, project controls or project support. Experience supporting complex projects or programs. Strong skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using SharePoint or similar project or program management systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience preparing reports, briefing papers and governance documentation.
