Job Description Full-time contract (initial 12 months, likely extension) Location: North Ryde Working model: Hybrid – 2-3 days per week in office We are seeking an experienced Organisation Change Manager to support a major ServiceNow consolidation and unification program within an IT environment. This role will lead end-to-end organisational change activities, developing and executing change strategies, driving business readiness, and enabling successful adoption of new ways of working across a complex technology transformation program. Key responsibilities: Lead end-to-end change activities including strategy, planning, delivery and adoption Develop and execute change management plans, readiness activities and transition approaches Conduct stakeholder impact assessments, identify change risks and develop mitigation plans Drive engagement across business, technology and operational teams Develop communication, training and adoption strategies to support successful implementation Facilitate workshops, leadership alignment sessions and stakeholder engagement activities Partner closely with Program Managers, Delivery Leads, SMEs and business stakeholders Support operational readiness and embed new processes, tools and ways of working Track adoption outcomes and provide reporting and insights to program leadership Join a significant technology transformation program and play a key role in enabling successful change across IT service delivery and operations.
