In this role, you'll: Working as part of a team delivering reliable Salesforce platforms, this role manages and optimises the Salesforce development and release lifecycle by establishing strong DevOps processes, governance and tooling to enable secure, efficient and continuous delivery across environments. You will design, implement and maintain DevOps pipelines using Azure DevOps to support build, test and deployment of Salesforce solutions. You will manage environment strategy, including provisioning, configuration, refresh cycles and access controls across all Salesforce environments. You will coordinate releases by collaborating with developers, analysts and stakeholders, enforcing version control, branching and release governance. You will ensure stable, secure and repeatable delivery by monitoring deployments, troubleshooting issues, improving automation, and uplifting DevOps practices. About you You have strong experience managing Salesforce DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, release management and Azure DevOps tooling. Your skills include Salesforce DX, source‑driven development, Git version control and effective branching strategies. You bring deep understanding of environment management, deployment troubleshooting, governance and audit requirements. You collaborate effectively across development, QA and business teams, applying secure automation and scripting practices to enable reliable delivery.
