In this role, you'll: Working as part of a team delivering business‑aligned solutions, this role translates stakeholder requirements into effective Salesforce configurations, supporting end‑to‑end delivery from requirements and design through testing, implementation and ongoing support to achieve reliable, value‑driven outcomes. You will translate business needs into clear functional Salesforce designs by partnering with stakeholders, leading workshops, and documenting user stories. You will configure and administer Salesforce (objects, flows, security, profiles, permissions) to deliver scalable, user‑friendly solutions aligned to standards. You will support end‑to‑end delivery from requirements through deployment and post‑go‑live optimisation, including testing, release and change management. You will ensure system stability and continuous improvement by troubleshooting issues, managing data and access controls, and identifying automation opportunities. About you You bring strong hands‑on Salesforce administration and configuration expertise, with a solid understanding of data, security, reporting, and dashboards. Your skill in translating business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions includes automation using Flows, approval processes, and configuration‑driven design. You excel at stakeholder engagement—running workshops, gathering requirements, documenting user stories, and supporting UAT, releases, and change management. You demonstrate strong problem‑solving and delivery capability, managing multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments while leveraging CI/CD and DevOps practices.
