About the role As the Key Account Manager, VIC you will build and foster strong strategic relationships within our Wholesale and Distributor network to optimise, market share growth and business growth. You will incorporate your pre-existing business development and account management skills to maximise all growth opportunities within new and existing distributor accounts. Key Responsibilities include: Build and maintain an extensive customer base of distributors, commercial and trade accounts. Conduct distributor visits; presenting the Nisbets range; ensuring full knowledge of current range and sales offers Maintain regular and consistent relationships with key contacts on a pre-defined call cycle; as well as maintaining accurate customer records Develop strategies around price, promotion, volume and market share. Strategically drive business growth and develop new customer accounts whilst continually improving existing relationships. Professionally deliver presentations, solutions and training to drive sales. Planning, forecasting and reporting for each account. Monitor account performance and drive solutions to meet business outcomes. What you'll bring to Nisbets Minimum of 2 years’ Field Key Account experience; preferably in the hospitality kitchen equipment industry or similar (FMCG) Comprehensive background in developing new and existing business relationships with profitable outcomes. Strong negotiation and influencing skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of current customer and market dynamics Competent to strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint); Valid Victorian driver's license.
