The Opportunity A globally recognised luxury fashion house is seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead their flagship boutique on Melbourne's prestigious Collins Street. This is a rare opportunity to step into one of the most significant leadership roles available in Australian luxury retail. You will have full accountability for a high-performing boutique and a team of talented professionals, in a role that demands genuine leadership, commercial intelligence, and an unwavering commitment to client experience. The boutique operates on an appointment-based model, serving a discerning and loyal clientele who expect to be genuinely known and remembered. The incoming Store Manager will inherit a strong, established team and will be expected to inspire, develop, and elevate them further. The Role As the leader of the Maison, you will take full ownership of the boutique's performance, people, and client experience. Lead, coach, and develop a team of ten, maintaining a culture of excellence, accountability, and genuine care Champion a world-class client experience built on authentic relationships, deep product knowledge, and personalised service Own the CRM strategy, ensuring client data is used to drive appointments, retention, and long term loyalty Maintain the highest standards of boutique presentation and brand compliance at all times Manage all operational aspects of the boutique including inventory, reporting, and compliance Represent the house with impeccable personal presentation and genuine passion for the brand About You You may be currently leading a luxury boutique and ready for a more significant platform. Or you may be a high-performing leader from a premium retail, hospitality, or service environment who is ready to make the move into true luxury. What matters most is not where you have been. It is who you are.
