About The Role This role is primarily focused on commercial lending, with exposure to SMSF and trust lending also part of the mix. You'll be expected to actively hunt and build your own pipeline, with internal referral partners across Accounting, Financial Planning and other advisory divisions providing a head start to get you up and running. The right candidate will be driven, commercially minded, and motivated to grow their book well beyond what internal referrals alone could sustain. You'll also be backed by a dedicated in-house processing team, so your time is spent writing quality deals and building relationships rather than chasing admin. Job Duties Build and manage a portfolio of commercial lending clients, with some exposure to SMSF and trust lending Convert internal referrals from Accounting, Financial Planning and other advisory divisions into settled deals Self-generate new business to supplement internal lead flow, particularly during quieter periods Structure and submit commercial loan applications, working closely with in-house processors on credit assessment, lodgements and settlements Build strong working relationships with internal referral partners to maximise quality lead flow Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently meet settlement and origination targets Stay up to date with commercial and SMSF lending products and market conditions About You A confident, commercially minded broker who enjoys both internal support and the autonomy to build their own book Comfortable balancing internal referral conversion with self-generated business Strong relationship-builder, both with clients and internal stakeholders across the group Motivated by strong earning potential and excited by the growth trajectory of the business Must Have Min. 2 years experience in commercial lending - business banking background highly regarded Proven track record of converting commercial loans and drawing down min. $3-$4mil per month Must know how to self-generate leads and be able to write up a commercial loan Be a strong team player - suited for brokers who just want to focus on winning business and building client relationships and have all the admin handled for them Current Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management Current MFAA or FBAA membership and accreditation Strong understanding of commercial credit assessment and the lending process About Us Integrate Recruitment specialises in finance and mortgage industry placements across Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland, working with boutique HNW brokerages, specialist lenders, and property developers to connect great brokers with great opportunities.
