Busy, high-performing consultants need a go-to organiser who thrives on variety, pace and making things happen Busy, fast-paced role supporting multiple high-performing consultants Brisbane CBD location in a collaborative, purpose-led consultancy Executive support, coordination and front-of-house responsibilities Full-time role with above award salary 1 day WFH Founded in 1999, Windsor Group has evolved into a profit‑for‑purpose organisation and a recognised leader across nonprofit, government and commercial sectors. Our reputation is built on delivering thoughtful, high-quality service and the people behind that service are what make the difference. Right now, we’re experiencing a period of strong growth. And while that’s exciting, it also means our consultants, who are already working at pace across clients, candidates and competing priorities, need the right person beside them to keep everything running smoothly. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for an experienced Executive Support Officer who can step into a pivotal role supporting a group of busy, high-performing consultants. You’ll quickly become their trusted right hand; the person who brings structure, coordination and calm to a fast-moving environment. This is not a traditional, single-executive support role. You’ll be working across multiple stakeholders, managing competing priorities, coordinating activity, supporting business development efforts and helping ensure nothing falls through the cracks. From complex scheduling and workflow coordination to document preparation, client liaison and project tracking; you’ll be right in the middle of the action. As the first point of contact for the business, you’ll confidently manage phones and front-of-house responsibilities, creating a professional and welcoming experience for clients and candidates. Some days will be fast and fluid, requiring you to shift gears quickly and think ahead. Others will require deep focus, attention to detail and the ability to quietly bring order to complexity. You’ll succeed in this role if you are organised, proactive and unflappable, someone who anticipates what’s needed, takes ownership and follows things through. You might come from a background in sales support, account coordination, project support or executive support across multiple leaders, anywhere you’ve had to juggle priorities and keep people on track. Professionally grounded and confident, you bring strong communication skills, sound judgement and a natural ability to build trust with consultants, clients and candidates alike. You’re practical, dependable and take pride in being the person others rely on. In return, you’ll be joining a collaborative, purpose-driven team that values quality, professionalism and care in everything we do. You’ll gain exposure to a high-performing consulting environment, contribute meaningfully to team success and be part of an organisation that believes commercial success can drive positive impact. If you enjoy variety, thrive in a fast-paced environment and take genuine satisfaction in making busy people more effective we would love to hear from you.
