An established and growing residential construction business is seeking an experienced OHSE Manager to lead the health, safety and wellbeing function across a diverse portfolio of residential projects throughout Victoria. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone passionate about building a proactive safety culture. You'll work closely with senior operational leaders, influence business-wide safety initiatives, mentor field-based safety professionals and drive continuous improvement across multiple construction sites. Key responsibilities include: Lead and promote a positive safety-first culture across all construction sites Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, Codes of Practice and company standards Develop, maintain and improve safety management systems, policies and procedures Conduct audits, site inspections and safety reviews across active projects Lead incident investigations, risk assessments and corrective actions Mentor and manage field-based OHSE personnel Oversee contractor compliance, inductions and toolbox talks Manage injury management and Return to Work processes Deliver safety reporting, analytics and recommendations to senior leadership Drive continuous improvement initiatives and behavioural safety programs About You 5 years minimum experience in similar position within residential or commercial building Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and compliance requirements Experience managing audits, investigations and safety systems Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience leading and developing safety teams Strong organisational and reporting capability Please apply below, for further information contact Alastair on 0433697422 or abray@bluestonerecruitment.com
