An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing construction business delivering high-quality residential, social infrastructure and specialist accommodation projects across Victoria. About the Role Reporting to senior leadership, you'll manage the complete project lifecycle, overseeing projects from pre-construction planning through to final handover. You'll work closely with internal teams, consultants, subcontractors and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from design development through construction and completion Develop and maintain project programs, budgets and delivery schedules Lead consultant, subcontractor and client coordination Manage procurement, contract administration and project financial performance Oversee project risks, variations and reporting Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, quality systems and WHS requirements Mentor and support Project Coordinators and Contract Administrators Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders About you 3 - 5 years' experience managing commercial, medium-density or complex residential construction projects Experience delivering projects valued between $2M-$30M Strong knowledge of construction contracts (AS suite preferred) High level commercial acumen with proven budget and programme management experience Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience using MS Project and project management software such as Procore or similar Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction, Project Management, Architecture or a related discipline Apply below, alternatively contact Alastair on 0433697422 or abray@bluesonerecruitment.com for further information
