With continued growth, they are seeking a proactive and organised Pre-Construction Coordinator to join their collaborative team. About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for an administration professional looking to build a long-term career within the construction industry. As the Pre-Construction Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the transition of projects from approval to construction. Working closely with project managers, estimators, finance and clients, you'll ensure all pre-start documentation, contracts and administrative requirements are completed accurately and efficiently. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail and thrives on keeping projects organised and moving forward. Key Responsibilities Prepare and issue residential and commercial building contracts. Coordinate contract documentation and ensure all required paperwork is completed prior to construction commencing. Assist with issuing client invoices and monitoring payment status. Liaise with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders regarding project documentation and pre-construction requirements. Maintain accurate project records and contract documentation. Support project handovers from estimating through to construction. Track outstanding pre-start requirements and follow up where required. Provide general administrative support to the pre-construction and operations teams. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role within the construction, building or insurance industry. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
