We're looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join the team at a premium residential building in Melbourne. This is a permanent, full-time role with consistent hours — no weekends, no on-call, just solid Monday to Friday work in a well-maintained, professional environment. About the Role Based on-site at a residential building, you'll be the go-to person for day-to-day maintenance, reactive repairs, and planned preventative works. You'll take pride in the presentation of the building and be comfortable working independently while keeping residents and building management informed. What You'll Be Doing General building maintenance and repairs across common areas and apartments Cabinetry repairs, adjustments, and installations Painting, patching, tiling, and general finishing works Liaising with contractors for specialist trades Identifying and reporting maintenance issues proactively Maintaining a tidy, safe working environment at all times What We're Looking For A cabinetry or carpentry trade background is highly regarded Proven experience as a Handyman Comfortable working in an occupied residential building — professional presentation and manner is a must Strong attention to detail and a genuine pride in your work Able to work autonomously and manage your own day The Offer $100,000 superannuation (Based on experience) Monday to Friday, standard business hours Permanent full-time role with ongoing stability & career growth to Facilities Manager On-site parking Supportive building management team If you're a trade-qualified or experienced Handyman who takes pride in keeping a building looking and running its best, we'd love to hear from you.
