This is an exciting opportunity to work with an award winning residential builder who are continuing to grow. You'll work on a diverse range of builds including house land packages, medium density developments & custom/high-end homes. About the Role Coordinate new build projects from initial deposit through planning stages Present designs, quotes, and planning documentation to clients Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders Manage client contact and maintain accurate project databases as jobs progress Support smooth handover from pre-construction to site teams About You Experience in residential construction, ideally in project admin/coordinator or pre-site admin roles Strong technical knowledge of the building process Excellent customer service and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and other project management systems Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment What’s On Offer Work with an award-winning home builder Exposure to premium residential projects, high-end builds, townhouse developments & volume builds Supportive, collaborative team culture Opportunity for career growth in pre-construction coordination If this sounds like you, apply below.
