A well-regarded commercial builder is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a $20m aged care fit out in Bundoora. This is a site-based role suited to an experienced PM who enjoys being close to the action, driving programme, managing stakeholders and leading the project team from site. The project involves a multi level aged care fit out requiring strong planning, clear communication and a high level of attention to quality, safety and stakeholder management. The Role As Senior Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the project, working closely with the Site Manager, Contract Administrator, consultants, subcontractors and client-side representatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of a $20m aged care fit out from site Manage programme, budget, quality, safety and project outcomes Oversee the site team, CA's, subcontractors and consultants Drive procurement, sequencing and project planning Manage client relationships, reporting and stakeholder communication Chair project meetings and ensure actions are closed out Identify and manage project risks, delays and commercial issues Ensure works are delivered to the required standard and programme Maintain strong communication across site, client and internal teams Lead project close-out, defects and handover About You You will be an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a proven background delivering commercial fit out, refurbishment or health/aged care projects. You will bring: Experience delivering fast paced commercial fit out or refurbishment projects Strong programme, client and subcontractor management skills Ability to lead site-based teams and drive outcomes Experience managing projects in live, sensitive or staged environments Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability Clear communication and confidence managing multiple stakeholders A practical, calm and organised approach to project delivery The Opportunity This is a strong opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of a meaningful aged care project with complexity, stakeholder engagement and genuine delivery challenge.
