We are seeking Real Estate Administrators / Assistants to join some of our some dynamic and well-established property clients! We have roles supporting two of our favorite clients! These roles are based in Strata Management and a high-performing, Residential Sales Team . This is a diverse administration position where no two days will look the same. You will play a key role supporting the team, ensuring seamless processes and exceptional client service across multiple areas. You’ll work closely with experienced industry professionals and become an integral part of a collaborative and high-performing team. Strata Assistant / Administration Issue work orders, obtain maintenance quotes and follow up on outstanding works Coordinate annual events including AGM’s, insurance renewals and management agreement renewals Prepare meeting agendas, notices and meeting minutes for strata meetings Maintain company systems, databases, checklists and procedures manuals Manage arrears reporting and assist with debt recovery processes Coordinate insurance renewals, claims and supplier documentation Respond to owner, tenant and property management enquiries Set up files for new properties and manage administrative onboarding processes Assist with device management including keys, remotes and access systems General administration, filing, archiving and operational support Listing & Marketing Administration Prepare listing paperwork, contracts and DocuSign documentation Coordinate all marketing preparation for new property launches Book photography, videography, copywriting, staging and property inspections Manage property marketing campaigns including brochures, signboards, buyer alerts and advertising Coordinate open homes, auction bookings and sales administration checklists Prepare buyer communications and SMS campaigns for new listings and events Attend property shoots, staging appointments and launch preparation where required Manage CRM systems and ensure all workflows remain up to date Order settlement gifts and coordinate client gifting initiatives Request and manage client reviews and testimonials Support event planning and relationship management activities About You We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, adaptable and enjoys working across multiple areas of a business. To be successful, you will ideally have: Previous administration experience within real estate, property management, strata or a related industry - ESSENTIAL Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Confidence working with CRM systems, databases and digital platforms A proactive mindset with the ability to problem solve independently High level of professionalism and commitment to exceptional client service Experience with real estate systems (desirable but not essential) Why Join This Team?
