Your Role We are seeking an experienced Construction/Manufacturing Administrator with their own car, available to start immediately for 8 - 12 weeks . You will provide purchasing, production and administrative support to keep workflows running smoothly. Reporting into the Manufacutring Administration Manager, your role will involve: Managing and maintaining manufacturing inboxes Filing and categorising invoices for processing and approval Sending labour invoices to relevant managers for approval Processing labour invoices, including receipting Scanning, saving, and maintaining key documentation (including ITPs) Assisting with data entry across manufacturing registers Supporting general administration and coordination tasks as required Your Profile Proven experience in operational administration within construction, building, manufacturing or a related industry. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy processing high volume tasks. A quick learner with Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Oracle experience is a bonus. A self-driven individual who remains calm and can prioritise effectively to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a team player, can-do attitude.
