With a strong pipeline of projects and a commitment to operational excellence, they are seeking an experienced Office Administration Manager to establish and lead the administrative function of the business from its early stages. Based in Perth CBD, you will work closely with senior leadership and play a critical role in shaping the company's administrative, onboarding, compliance, and people support functions. Description Reporting directly to the Country Director, the Administration Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day business administration while driving the implementation of operational systems, workforce processes, onboarding programs, and company procedures. This position requires a highly organised and proactive individual who can work autonomously, establish best-practice administrative frameworks, and support the ongoing growth of the business. Proven experience in an Office Manager, Administration Manager, Operations Administrator, Mobilisation Coordinator, or similar position Previous experience within the mining, resources, engineering, or industrial services sector Strong understanding of workforce onboarding and mobilisation processes Experience implementing administrative systems, policies, and procedures Demonstrated ability to establish and improve business processes Experience managing compliance documentation and workforce records Comfortable working in a hands-on, front-line support role within an organisation, assisting with day-to-day administrative and customer-facing tasks as required.
