We are undertaking a large-scale transformation program. This role is pivotal in the design and development of high-quality learning and training content to support our people through the transformation. This includes the creation of e-learning modules, work instructions, and facilitator-led materials (e.g. PowerPoint presentations) that are aligned to program objectives and identified learning needs. You will provide expert advice on instructional design approaches and strategies to optimise learning impact and user engagement. Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and the broader program team, the role supports the delivery of learning assets and courses that are aligned to program priorities and project team requirements. This is an initial fixed term contract until December 2027 Key Responsibilities Design and develop digital and facilitator-led learning content Manage end-to-end development of engaging learning experiences Partner with SMEs to translate complex information into clear, learner-focused materials Apply best-practice instructional design methodologies Support UAT/BVT to ensure content accuracy Leverage AI and learning technologies to enhance design and delivery Collaborate with stakeholders and provide progress updates Facilitate sessions and support training delivery readiness About You Proven experience in instructional design in change project environment Strong knowledge of adult learning principles (e.g. ADDIE) Experience with Articulate 360, H5P or similar tools LMS experience, including analytics and course management Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines Experience in professional services, finance or regulated industries Why We Love Working at CPA Australia At CPA Australia, we’re proud of our vibrant, values-led culture.
