Role & Responsibilities: Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages Working on a 5 level $9mil apartment project Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholders Negotiate agreements striving for win win outcomes Tracking of project expenditure against budget Responsible for progress claims, project cash flow & forecasting Your Background: Must have 3 years experience with a apartment or commercial builder Main Contractor experience is a must Ability to communicate effectively Procore experience Display the right attitude, ability to learn and grow Able to work in a team environment and drive outcomes Ability to train and foster development of team members You will receive: $120k - $160k package Excellent mentoring and gain valuable experience Vast career options Tier 3 Builder experience.
