The Company This global manufacturer of access equipment and machinery has recently established its Australian operation and is experiencing rapid growth. Supplying into commercial construction and agricultural sectors, the business is investing heavily in building out its service network across the country. With a growing footprint in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, they are now looking to appoint a State Service Manager in Queensland to play a key role in shaping and developing their aftersales and service capability. The Role In this role you will take ownership of service operations across Queensland, combining hands-on technical support with leadership and customer management responsibilities. You will be responsible for managing service delivery, resolving faults, supporting customers and building out the service function as the business grows. This is a highly autonomous position where you will work closely with customers, internal teams and global headquarters to ensure high service standards are maintained. You will initially lead a small team while remaining hands-on, with a clear pathway to grow the team and progress into more senior role as the business expands.
