Advisor – Document Control Brisbane CBD $69.21 per hour Super 12-month contract (with possible extension) Office-based role About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Advisor – Document Control to support a major infrastructure program within Queensland’s transport sector. This role sits within a large-scale rail project environment focused on delivering critical infrastructure upgrades across South East Queensland. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of project documentation across the full project lifecycle within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate document control activities across complex infrastructure projects • Review and update Document Control Management Plans and procedures • Ensure all project documentation is compliant, tracked, and processed efficiently • Coordinate document workflows, approvals, and review processes • Maintain and administer document management systems including InEight (TeamBinder), SharePoint, and Content Manager • Support project teams to ensure adherence to document control processes and timelines • Conduct quality checks of submissions and documentation packages • Facilitate training sessions on document control processes and systems (TeamBinder) • Assist with reporting, auditing, correspondence, and document submissions • Support continuous improvement initiatives across document management systems and processes • Ensure compliance with Queensland Government record-keeping standards About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: • Proven experience in document control within large-scale, complex project environments • Strong ability to manage high volumes of documentation in a structured and efficient manner • Experience working within infrastructure, construction, or major project environments (highly regarded) • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities • A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within a project team Mandatory Requirements • Previous experience using InEight Document (TeamBinder) • Demonstrated experience in document control across complex or large-scale projects • Ability to work in an office-based environment Why Apply?
