Brisbane IT & Telecomms Project Management / Team Lead Brisbane CBD Attractive Market Rates Contract Until June 2027(Approximately 12 Months) We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a Legal Case Management solution as part of a broader enterprise case management strategy within a large, regulated organisation. This is a key role delivering a specialist standalone platform designed to support legal matter management, with a strong focus on confidentiality, compliance, and integration with enterprise systems . Key Responsibilities Project Mobilisation & Planning Lead the project from initiation through to successful delivery Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and delivery approach Define scope, sequencing, and delivery model aligned to enterprise strategy Solution Delivery Oversee implementation of a specialist legal case management platform Ensure alignment with legal workflows, privilege requirements, and confidentiality standards Manage vendors and third-party delivery partners Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with Legal Services, SMEs, and executive stakeholders Facilitate workshops, governance forums, and decision-making processes Foster strong engagement across business and technology teams Integration & Enterprise Alignment Ensure integration with enterprise platforms (including CRM systems such as Salesforce) Maintain consistency of data, reporting, and visibility across systems Align delivery to enterprise architecture and standards Governance, Risk & Compliance Establish governance frameworks and reporting structures Manage risks relating to security, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance Ensure adherence to audit and legal requirements Change & Transition Support change management, training, and transition to BAU Ensure readiness for system adoption within legal teams Oversee documentation and support models Key Deliverables Project management artefacts (plans, schedules, RAID logs) Delivery roadmap and mobilisation outputs Stakeholder engagement and communication plans Vendor management and integration oversight Governance and status reporting Required Experience Proven track record delivering complex system implementations Experience managing standalone or specialist platforms Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Solid governance, risk, and compliance experience Background in regulated or compliance-heavy environments Interested Candidates kindly click apply below or forward your updated CV to poom.au Apply Now
