Robert Half is partnered with a well-established organization in Brisbane looking for their next IT Support to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for: Providing general IT Support to stakeholders Troubleshoot software & hardware issues User Administration Configuring, maintaining, and providing ongoing support for laptop and desktop software Configuring and installing local and network printers, as well as peripheral devices Assembling and disassembling desktop and laptop computers Details: Immediate Start Working hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday in the office Fulltime contract of 38 hours/ week Possibility of a permanent role at the end of the contract Requirements: Australian working rights required (no sponsorship provided). Ability to get a Blue Card. Previous experience in service desk with a strong focus on Windows technologies. Good customer service and communication.
