Site Supervisor $160k base $190k base super Inner South Sydney We’re partnering exclusively with a highly regarded Sydney construction business to find an experienced Site Supervisor for a landmark high-end residential development in Inner South Sydney. Our client is a well-established builder with a strong pipeline of premium projects, a people-first culture, and a reputation for delivering complex residential builds to the highest standard. The Role You’ll take a key supervisory role across multiple stages of a 20 storey residential development — from substructure and podium works through to finishes, roof works, and defects. You’ll lead from the front, manage subcontractors, drive safety and quality, and keep the site running to program. What You’ll Be Doing Supervising all on-site activities and subcontractors on a day-to-day basis Monitoring quality, safety, and compliance across all work fronts Ensuring works are delivered to design, specification, and program requirements Overseeing structural works, including formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pours Identifying and resolving on-site issues quickly to keep the project on track Driving WHS compliance and fostering a strong safety culture on-site Managing defect rectification with a proactive, solution-focused approach Coordinating with engineers, consultants, suppliers, and key stakeholders Maintaining accurate site records, inspections, and reporting documentation About You 10 years’ experience in high-end residential construction Proven track record supervising 20-storey or comparable projects Strong technical knowledge from substructure through to finishes Experience managing defects, compliance, and post-completion works Solid understanding of WHS legislation, QA/QC, and construction standards Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and site plans Strong leadership presence — calm, steady, and able to get the best from trades Excellent communication skills across multi-trade site environments What’s On Offer Landmark luxury residential project in a premium Inner South Sydney location Competitive salary package and genuine long-term career progression Join a respected builder with strong financial backing and a growing pipeline People-first culture with inspiring leadership and clear communication Long-term future across premium developments as the business continues to grow Interested?
