Site Engineer Degree qualified in Civil or Construction Engineering Experience in high-rise residential or mixed-use projects Exposure to QA documentation, ITPs, inspections, and RFIs Strong coordination skills with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams Familiarity with project software (e.g. Procore highly regarded). 3. Project Engineer Degree qualified with solid on-site delivery experience Strong technical understanding across structure, services, and finishes Program tracking, sequencing, and procurement exposure Able to work closely with Site Managers and Foremen to drive outcomes. 4. Site Manager Proven experience delivering high-rise residential projects Strong leadership and trade coordination capabilities Understanding of safety, quality, and program control Confident managing subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams Strong communication and reporting skills. 5. Design Manager Architectural background preferred but not essential Experience across design coordination for high-rise residential projects Strong understanding of NCC, coordination drawings, and consultant management Ability to manage design through construction and respond to site-driven issues Experience working closely with project teams and consultants. 6. Contracts Administrator Degree qualified (Construction Management / Quantity Surveying preferred) Experience in subcontract procurement, cost planning, and variations Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail Ability to work closely with site teams and senior project staff Commercial exposure on high-rise residential projects preferred.
