The Gig Be across surveying delivery as a Registered Surveyor, supporting development projects across Sydney. Working across both field and office-based activities, you’ll be involved in cadastral and subdivision surveying across different stages of development. From early boundary identification through to final plan registration, you’ll stay close to the detail and ensure everything aligns with approvals and project requirements. You’ll be involved across multiple projects, keeping survey outputs aligned with on-ground conditions and project progress. It’s about staying organised, making sound decisions, and keeping work moving as each stage progresses.You’ll work alongside project teams, consultants, and authorities, helping to keep documentation, approvals, and survey deliverables progressing as required. Survey accuracy and coordination sits at its core. Your ability to stay across detail, manage priorities, and keep everything aligned will support strong project outcomes. You’ll Be Trusted With: Delivering cadastral and subdivision surveys across a range of development project sites Supporting survey requirements from early planning stages through to final registration outcomes Defining boundaries and contributing to subdivision layouts across different project types Keeping survey outputs aligned with approvals, documentation, and site conditions Working closely with clients, consultants, and authorities to support project progression Assisting with preparation, lodgement, and tracking of survey plans and documentation Maintaining consistency and accuracy across all survey deliverables and outputs Assisting with coordination of fieldwork activities and survey scheduling requirements Supporting junior team members where required and contributing to overall team capability What’s In Your Toolbox? Relevant surveying qualification with registration or working towards formal registration Experience across land development, subdivision, or civil infrastructure survey projects Strong understanding of survey processes, approvals, and regulatory requirements Confidence using modern survey equipment including Total Stations, GNSS, or similar tools Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organised across competing priorities Strong attention to detail with a practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving You’re the kind of person who likes to stay across the detail and take ownership of your work.
