About the role RMT Cabinetry & Joinery is seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker/Installer to join our team in Bullsbrook, Western Australia. This full-time role is responsible for the fabrication and installation of high-quality custom cabinetry and joinery for residential and commercial clients. What you'll be doing Fabricate and assemble cabinets, shelving, and other woodwork items according to design specifications Measure, cut, and fit materials to ensure proper alignment and function Install completed cabinetry and woodwork at client sites, ensuring a professional finish Maintain workshop tools and equipment in good working order Collaborate with the design team to provide input on feasibility and constructability Ensure all work meets applicable safety and quality standards What we're looking for Formal qualification in Cabinet Making or a related Trades field Minimum 3 years' experience as a Cabinet Maker, preferably in a custom/high-end cabinetry environment Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work from detailed plans and drawings Proficient in the use of power tools, hand tools, and woodworking machinery Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team A keen eye for design and the ability to provide creative input What we offer At RMT Cabinetry & Joinery, we pride ourselves on providing a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.
