Platinum Locating Services specialises in providing utility location and mapping of underground services to the construction industry and utility asset owners across the Perth metropolitan area. Due to ongoing growth and significant new projects, we are looking for skilled and experienced locators to join our team. An experienced team who works on a diverse range of projects A workplace that focuses on HSEQ Tasks & responsibilities Our range of services include: Underground service clearances Service and drainage investigations; Utility surveying and mapping, excavation supervision, permit management and non-destructive digging HP Supervision works available for ATCO accredited people Operation of vacuum units Your Qualifications & experience will include: Driver's Licence (C Class minimum) Experience with Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) & EML Reading and understanding Before You Dig Australia plans The ability to liaise with clients and understand client requirements Ability to produce utility mapping plans Problem solving skills and the ability to think outside the box Willingness to work in a team and on your own Willingness to learn new skills; A positive and professional attitude to work and safety Good administrative and computer/skills Experience in operating vacuum units Desirable Qualifications: Desirable HR / MR licence First Aid/CPR Certificate Before You Dig Australia (BYDA) asset locator accreditation and or Current RIICCM202D Identify, locate and protect underground services Western Power Network Authority Card ATCO HP Gas Accreditation Basic Worksite Traffic Management (BWTM) The individuals will be required to be flexible in start and finish times each day as required by clients Platinum Locating Services is an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders people and women.
