About us Patritti are a proud family business, established in 1926. Located in Dover Gardens, we are the last remaining fully operational winery in suburban Adelaide. Patritti package in excess of 300,000 cases of wine and juice products for our domestic and export markets as well as supplying contract services to a number of third party wine and beverage companies. We have a position available for a Production Machine Operator based at our Dover Gardens winery. This is a role that works Monday – Friday day shift and dependant on the applicant could be full or part time. About the Role The Production Machine Operator is required to utilise their experience operating either a filler or labeller or both on a food/beverage manufacturing line. The Operator must be able to work well under pressure, and be able to problem solve on the go. The Production Machine Operator role is required to report to the Operations and Production Supervisor. Personal Qualities & Aptitude Strong commitment to Work Health & Safety, Food Safety and Quality Ability to follow procedures and work to improve internal processes Must work well under pressure Ability to prioritise tasks within the scope of the role Have a good work ethic and a good attention to detail Must be fit and able to manually lift 18kg cartons A mechanical aptitude would be desirable Skills and Experience Experience operating bottle fillers and/or labellers within a Food Manufacturing environment preferred but not essential Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to carry out QA tasks and record the results A Forklift licence would be desirable Applicants MUST BE in Adelaide and able to work without visa restriction.
