About the Role This role is based at our culturally specific Villa Dalmacia Day Centre, supporting consumers in a welcoming, social environment. A typical day involves assisting with meal service, supporting group activities, and accompanying consumers on outings and excursions. You will play an important role in enhancing the wellbeing and independence of our consumers by providing person-centred support in a safe and engaging setting. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with the serving of meals Supporting consumers to participate in activities and social programs Assisting with excursions and community outings Encouraging independence, engagement and social connection Following individual care plans to support each consumer’s needs Availability Preferred availability is between 7:45am to 3.15pm Monday to Thursday.
