The Role Our organisational redesign and rebrand have created a number of exciting opportunities for highly capable and values-aligned leaders to join Outcare during a significant period of growth and transformation. Working closely with the General Manager-Safe Strong Lives and other service leads, the Women’s Services Lead supports the implementation of program models, monitors performance and contributes operational insight to service development and continuous improvement across the organisation. The role provides operational leadership to Women’s Services staff, including Case Managers, Counsellors, Team Leader Women’s services and Peer Support Workers, ensuring consistent service delivery, quality practice and positive outcomes for women accessing support. The Women’s Services Lead is responsible for leading the delivery and performance of Outcare’s women’s programs, ensuring services are safe, responsive and aligned with organisational practice frameworks. What you’ll bring Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Community Services, Counselling or related discipline. Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating community or human services programs. Particularly within women’s services, justice services or family violence related programs. Strong understanding of trauma-informed and client-centred service delivery. Experience supervising or supporting staff in complex service environments. Ability to monitor program performance and respond to operational challenges. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capability. Well-developed communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in dynamic and high-demand service environments. Why join Outcare?
