The Role Our organisational redesign and rebrand have created a number of exciting opportunities for highly capable and values-aligned leaders to join Outcare during a significant period of growth and transformation. Reporting to the Bright Futures Lead (Youth Pathway and Regional Services), the Youth Pathways Services Team Leader is responsible for coordinating and leading the delivery of the Youth Pathways program, supporting young people involved in or at risk of involvement in the justice system to successfully reintegrate into the community. The role operates within the wider youth focused Bright Futures Portfolio. The role provides operational leadership and oversight to Youth Pathways Case Managers, ensuring consistent implementation of case management practices and program frameworks. Working within trauma-transformative, culturally responsive, and strengths-based approaches, the Team Leader supports staff in delivering high-quality services that promote stability, skill development, community engagement, and positive life outcomes for young people. What you’ll bring Demonstrated experience supervising or coordinating staff within community services, youth services or justice-related programs. Experience delivering or overseeing case management services for clients with complex needs. Strong understanding of trauma-transformative, strengths-based and culturally responsive practice approaches. Ability to support staff working with young people experiencing justice involvement, trauma, mental health challenges or social disadvantage. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills. Ability to coordinate workloads, manage competing priorities and respond to operational challenges.
