Due to continued growth and upcoming projects, we are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Bricklayer to join our team on a full-time basis. About the Role As a Bricklayer, you will play an important role in delivering quality masonry work across a variety of residential projects. You will be responsible for laying bricks, blocks, and other construction materials in accordance with project plans and Australian building standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Lay bricks, blocks, and other masonry materials accurately and efficiently Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications Measure, cut, and shape materials as required Prepare and mix mortar and other construction materials Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within project deadlines Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times Follow workplace health and safety regulations and site procedures Work collaboratively with supervisors, contractors, and other trades on site Carry out repairs, alterations, and restoration brickwork when required Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance standards are met Skills & Experience Required Minimum 1 year experience in bricklaying or masonry work Ability to work from plans and technical drawings Strong knowledge of bricklaying methods, tools, and materials Physically fit and capable of handling manual labor tasks Excellent attention to detail and workmanship Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude Ability to work independently and within a team environment Strong understanding of workplace safety requirements Licenses & Qualifications White Card (Construction Induction Card) – Required Valid Driver’s License – Preferred Relevant trade qualification – Advantageous but not essential What We Offer Full-time secure employment Competitive salary package of $80,000 per annum super Additional weekend allowances and overtime opportunities where applicable Ongoing work on quality residential and commercial projects Supportive and professional team environment Opportunity for career progression and skill development Immediate start available for the right candidate Why Join Us?
