They have a strong reputation for delivering high-quality mechanical projects across the Healthcare, Defence, Data Centres and Infrastructure sectors. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Adelaide team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercially astute Project Manager to take ownership of projects from design through to commissioning and handover, working alongside a well-established and supportive leadership team. As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be: Managing mechanical HVAC projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover Developing and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers Overseeing project procurement, design coordination and drawing approvals Managing project budgets, forecasting, cost control, variations and financial reporting Leading project meetings and coordinate internal and external stakeholders Monitoring project programmes, milestones and workforce planning Ensuring projects are delivered in line with contractual requirements and company standards Driving WHS compliance and maintain a strong safety culture across all projects Managing commissioning, defects and client handover processes Mentoring and supporting project teams where required We would love to talk to candidates with experience in roles such as Mechanical Project Manager or Senior Mechanical Project Manager with other Tier 1 & 2 Mechanical HVAC Contractors. We would also be happy to hear from candidates with a services background from Tier 1 Builders.
