JOB DESCRIPTION M.A.P WA is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator / Pallet Controller with experience in the food manufacturing industry to join our team on a full-time basis, working approximately 40 hours per week, with some flexibility in hours required. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for all office admin, performing the following duties which include, but are not limited to: Office Administration / Reception: Reception duties (answering of telephone, greeting visitors, etc) Data entry Assisting by cross-checking truck paperwork Generating invoices Stationary inventory and ordering Ad hoc general office admin (e.g: ordering and collection of catering, weekly shop for kitchen supplies, etc) Pallet Control: Coordinate the movement of palletised products Maintain and update pallet inventory records using digital systems and software Collaborate with the Chiller team to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of pallets Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to schedule pallet deliveries and pickups Generate reports on pallet utilisation, movement, and inventory levels Assist in resolving any pallet-related issues or discrepancies that may arise JOB CRITERIA This role will ideally suit someone who is motivated, ambitious and confident in pallet control and office administration. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced environment, be results focused and action oriented who places a big emphasis on Client satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you will possess: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or supply chain management is a plus. Proven experience in pallet management, logistics, or a related field. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively. Proficiency in using digital systems and software for inventory management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Programs (Excel, Outlook, Word) MYOB (or similar) experience, desirable The willingness to learn new areas of the business and take responsibility A high level of initiative, and proactive-ness Strong attention to detail MORE INFORMATION At M.A.P.
