The Role We are seeking friendly, positive and motivated School Officers to join our administration team in a key role supporting parent engagement, office operations and school communications. As one of the first points of contact for families and visitors, suitable applicants will play an important role in building positive, respectful and supportive relationships between home and school. This role would suit applicants who thrive in a busy and collaborative environment, ideally have strong organisational skills and attention to detail, and are committed to building strong connections between the school, families and the wider community Duties may include providing administrative support across a range of front office functions, including: Processing student enrolments for mainstream students, Maintaining accurate student records and data entry using systems such as SIS, Compass Supporting attendance processes and daily reporting requirements Managing the ordering of office and teaching staff consumables Coordinating maintenance requests, repairs and contractor bookings Managing and maintaining excursion payments, EFTPOS, documentation and associated processes Maintaining student medical processes Assisting with general administrative tasks, communications and front office operations Assisting the Manager Corporate Services with financial, physical and human resource functions, while maintaining strict confidentiality RM Billing, RM Finance and HRMIS knowledge (desirable).
