The Role We are seeking a warm, organised and service-oriented Primary Receptionist to join our Primary Administration team. This is a full-time, term time opportunity working Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 4.06pm, commencing ASAP through to the end of 2026, with the possibility of extension. As the first point of contact for students, families, staff and visitors, this role plays an important part in creating the welcoming and supportive environment our College is known for. Working within a busy and collaborative Primary Administration team, the Primary Receptionist supports the day-to-day operation of the Primary Campus through the delivery of high-quality reception and administrative support services. Key Responsibilities Provide professional, welcoming and responsive front-of-house reception services Manage enquiries and communications from students, parents, staff and visitors Support student attendance processes and maintain accurate student records Provide day-to-day support to students, including responding to wellbeing needs and basic first aid requirements Provide administrative support across Primary operations and campus activities Work collaboratively within the Primary Administration team to support the effective day-to-day operation of the Primary Campus To be successful you will: Be a genuine people-person with strong organisational skills and a calm, professional manner. You will also have: Previous experience in reception and/or administration in a busy, service-focused environment (school experience highly regarded) Strong initiative and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students, staff and families Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with TASS will be well regarded A commitment to upholding the values and Anglican ethos of the College Demonstrated understanding of, and ability to maintain, appropriate professional boundaries and standards of conduct when working with children and young people Qualifications and Requirements: Current Paid Working with Children Check (Blue Card), or ability to obtain prior to commencement.
