About the Role As a Field Support Specialist , you will: Provide exceptional clinical support in hospital and theatre environments. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers. Deliver product education and training through in-servicing, workshops, and hands-on support. Ensure the timely and efficient management of inventory and product logistics. Act as a reliable point of contact for our customers, offering solutions and maintaining a high standard of service. Travel regularly to Rockhampton, approximately 1–2 days per fortnight, to support customer and business needs. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you will need: A tertiary qualification in a medical-related field or equivalent experience. Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry (theatre experience highly desirable). Strong time management, attention to detail, and organisational skills. Confidence in delivering training sessions and effective communication. A commitment to customer service excellence and a team-oriented mindset. Flexibility for travel, on-call support, and after-hours service. This role involves regular travel across Southeast Queensland , including Rockhampton, therefore candidates located between South Brisbane and Southport are preferred. Why Join Medartis?
