About The Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team. This full-time role offers a diverse mix of customer service and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Process and authorise sales orders across B2B, B2C, and online marketplace platforms using the company ERP Sage-300 Manage multiple customer service email inboxes and respond to customer queries via phone and email Liaise with Sales Agents regarding back orders, customer reserves, and order queries Coordinate freight processes, including investigating delayed/lost shipments and lodging claims Manage credit and return processes, including issuing credit numbers, coordinating returns or destruction, and processing credits Manage New Zealand orders and liaise with customers Manage general administration About You Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive mindset Previous experience in frontline customer service Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong computer skills, including intermediate Microsoft Excel ERP system experience (preferred but not essential) What We Offer Supportive and friendly team-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow and develop within a national company Recognition for hard work and initiative Very generous staff purchase discounts If you feel this is the position for you, please forward us your resume and covering letter to bambury.com.au.
