The culture is collaborative, analytical, and geared toward continuous improvement. Position A Senior FP&Ainterim is required for an initial 6 month contract, with the likelihood of extension. Reporting to the Commercial Finance Lead, this role will be instrumental in leading enterprise planning cycles and enhancing forecasting capability across a diverse and evolving operating model. This opportunity is suited to a Senior FP&A professional who brings a strong foundation in budgeting and forecasting, combined with the ability to partner across the business and provide forward-looking, insight-driven analysis. You will play a key role in embedding best-practice planning processes and supporting critical financial decision-making. Key focus: • Lead enterprise budgeting and coordinate inputs across business units, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities • Manage forecasting cycles, including rolling forecasts, reforecasting, and scenario analysis • Enhance financial planning and reporting frameworks, including program-based reporting structures • Deliver financial modelling and analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making • Partner with senior stakeholders to provide insights, challenge assumptions, and drive performance • Support the 2026/27 budget process in line with funding and organisational requirements Profile CA / CPA / CIMA qualified Strong track record in FP&A, with deep experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling Experience operating in complex or multi-entity environments; healthcare exposure beneficial Commercially astute with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders Advanced analytical capability with a focus on forward-looking insights Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex financial information Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment Benefits • 6 month contract with extension potential • $70 per hour super • Full-time, on-site position • Immediate start • Accessible location close to transport and amenities • Opportunity to contribute to a high-impact finance function within a purpose-driven organization Apply To learn more, please contact Rio Porter on 61 2 9262 4836 or apply online at www.moirgroup.com.au.
