The Opportunity: CSR is seeking a Pricing Analyst – Pricing Excellence to join our team in North Ryde. This role plays a key part in supporting the execution, governance and continuous improvement of pricing and rebate processes across Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing and Business Systems teams, you will help ensure pricing accuracy, governance compliance and strong commercial execution. You will support the management of customer pricing, rebates and list prices within SAP, contribute to national price increase activities, and assist with pricing analysis, controls and process improvement initiatives. This is a highly collaborative role suited to someone who enjoys working with systems, data and stakeholders in a fast-paced commercial environment. Key Responsibilities Set up and maintain customer pricing and rebate agreements in SAP Support annual price increase execution across Australia and New Zealand Maintain and update list prices for new and existing products Assist with pricing governance, controls and validation processes Investigate pricing issues and support resolution activities Provide insights into pricing execution risks, trends and data quality Partner with Sales, Finance and Marketing teams on pricing Support testing and implementation of pricing system enhancements Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, controls and reporting About You You are analytically minded, detail‑oriented and confident working across systems and stakeholders. You will bring: Experience working with SAP and advanced Excel capabilities Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Understanding business processes, controls and governance principles Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement focus The ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment Experience in pricing, rebates, commercial operations, finance or data analysis within a large organisation will be highly regarded What we offer We strive to support your professional and personal growth.
