We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to join our Finance team. In this role, you’ll ensure our employees are paid accurately and on time, while maintaining compliance with legislation and enterprise agreements. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role where your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and customer focus will make a real impact on the employee experience. Key Responsibilities Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on schedule Maintain payroll master data and employee records Interpret time and attendance data in line with enterprise agreements Process terminations, redundancies, long service leave, and back pays Ensure compliance with tax, superannuation, and legislative requirements Respond to payroll queries from employees and managers Support payroll reporting and audit activities Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements About You You’re a detail-oriented payroll professional who thrives in a team environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely outcomes.
