WHS/RTW Administrator About the Company Our client is a well-established and growing logistics business operating across multiple industries. They provide a range of transport and warehousing services to local and national customers, supported by a collaborative and fast-paced team environment. About the Role Due to continued growth, a full-time opportunity is available for a WHS/RTW Administrator to join the team. Reporting to the WHS Manager, you will play a hands-on role supporting safety systems, coordinating processes, and assisting leaders across multiple sites to maintain a safe and efficient workplace. Key Responsibilities WHS Systems & Reporting Maintain the safety system (incidents, hazards, actions) Assist with monthly WHS reports and dashboards Monitor and follow up on incidents and hazards Incident & Investigation Support Assist with incident investigations and documentation Track corrective actions to completion Develop and review risk assessments and safe work procedures Audits & Safety Support Coordinate audits and inspections Maintain audit schedules and action tracking Assist with identifying trends and risks Training & Inductions Coordinate safety training (e.g., manual handling, fire safety) Maintain training records Coordinating RTW documents and appointments Support new starter inductions General Administration Maintain WHS policies and procedures Update risk registers and safety documentation Respond to WHS queries About You Cert IV or Diploma in WHS (desirable) Strong organisational and administration skills High attention to detail Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Current driver’s license and ability to travel between sites Experience in transport, logistics, construction, or a similar environment is highly regarded.
