Analyse business process information to identify/escalate risks, issues and opportunities for improvement to Management. Deliver quality assurance projects to support the achievement of Branch and organisational goals as required. Investigate and prepare briefings/reports and recommendations on specific complex customer complaints within the required timeframe. Work with the Manager, Governance and Compliance and branch managers to ensure data is collected in a timely manner and collated into draft briefings and reports. Develop effective working relationships, be approachable and work cooperatively with others to achieve outcomes. Demonstrated experience in risk, compliance, audit or governance functions, and managing and conducting compliance reviews. The ideal person The successful candidate will demonstrate: Experience in a similar role in Local, State or Federal Government. Tertiary qualification in Quality Management, Risk Management, Business, Law, Finance, or related discipline. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage and priorities multiple programs and deadlines. Experience in working in a customer service environment. Experience in the delivery and management of training programs, information sessions and staff presentations. About Public Trustee The Office of the Public Trustee (Public Trustee) operates as part of the Attorney-General’s Department and was established on 1 January 1881, under the Public Trustee Act 1995 (SA). It offers services to South Australians, including will preparation, powers of attorney, and administration of deceased estates and trusts. The Public Trustee is also responsible for managing the personal, legal, and financial affairs of individuals who are unable to handle these matters on their own.
