As our studio continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Studio & Operations Coordinator to play a key role in the day-to-day running of the business. About the Role This role supports the day-to-day coordination and operation of a growing residential design studio. Working closely with the Director and design team, you will assist with project coordination, client communication, consultant liaison, administration, and improving studio systems and workflows. We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and process-oriented person who enjoys working across multiple tasks in a creative, fast-paced environment. The role will help streamline operations, improve internal processes, and support efficient project delivery as the studio continues to grow. This is an initial part-time position with flexible hours and strong potential for long-term growth within the business. Key Responsibilities Prepare fee proposals, quotations, invoices, and project documentation Coordinate client onboarding, project tracking, and workflow management Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and councils Coordinate surveys, approvals, consultant information, and appointments Maintain organised project files and studio documentation Assist with improving studio systems, workflows, and operational processes Support implementation of software and project management systems Provide administrative and operational support to the Director and design team Assist with marketing, photography coordination, review follow-ups, and social media administration Help maintain efficient day-to-day studio operations Skills & Experience Experience in office coordination, administration, or project support Industry experience in architecture, interiors, construction, or design preferred Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills High attention to detail and professionalism Proactive and process-focused mindset Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently Confident learning and improving systems and workflows Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience with MYOB, Xero, CRM, or project management software advantageous Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle desirable What We Offer Flexible work arrangements approximately 20–25 hours per week Opportunity for school hours or structured part-time days Bright and friendly Unley office environment Supportive and collaborative team culture Opportunity to work across a variety of residential design projects Long-term growth opportunities within the business A varied and engaging role within a growing residential design studio If this sounds like the right fit for you, we would love to hear from you.
