About the role You'll provide high-level administrative coordination, management and support to one of the Partners team on a daily basis. Your focus on professionalism, integrity and teamwork will ensure their operations run to the highest standard and their clients, team and practice members feel it. What you'll own Team coordination Scheduling partner and team member appointments Screening and attending to incoming calls Supporting the Director and team with day-to-day needs Being a reliable first point of contact for client enquiries ATO & compliance Lodgement of tax, FBT returns and activity statements Refund requests, general interest charge remissions and debt payment plans Checking assessment notices and ATO correspondence Managing job starts, finals and return of signed documents Client management Maintaining and updating client details in our database Onboarding new clients and managing departures Applications for and cancellations of TFN, ABN, GST and PAYG registrations Corporate secretarial Managing the ASIC corporate register including share transfers, directorship changes and company formations Establishing new companies, trusts and SMSFs Following up signed ASIC forms, resolutions and minutes Maintaining and developing ASIC procedure documents WIP meetings Chairing weekly workflow meetings Preparing agendas and collating job reports Managing the lodgement program and tracking progress General administration Typing correspondence and word processing Managing outgoing mail and couriers Scanning, electronic filing and archiving Reception support including greeting visitors and managing meeting rooms What you bring A client-first mindset with a friendly, respectful and professional approach Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Strong time management and the ability to prioritise competing tasks Confidence working both autonomously and within a team Clear written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office suite An analytical mind with solid problem-solving ability A genuine respect for confidentiality, for both clients and the practice Why join us You'll be joining a team that lives by its values of professionalism, integrity and teamwork, not just as words on a wall, but as the way they operate every day.
