THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT The Corruption and Crime Commission (CCC) is a leading anti-corruption agency whose primary purpose is to strengthen the integrity of the public sector, reduce corruption and disrupt criminal activity for the benefit of our community. The Operational Support directorate is responsible for the delivery of high-quality capabilities to the Commission's serious misconduct and unexplained wealth investigations. This includes the effective delivery of covert surveillance and electronic collection activities. THE OPPORTUNITY Monitors are responsible for the timely review and evaluation of all incoming information as a result of telecommunication interceptions and other electronic surveillance. In addition, the role provides support to the Commission's investigative capabilities. Applicants must be available to work shifts, with availability over weekends and public holidays (no night shifts required). Psychological testing to the satisfaction of the Commission may be required prior to appointment. The Commission requires applicants to be Australian citizens or be immediately eligible for citizenship, and employment is conditional on you possessing and maintaining a national security classification of LEVEL 1 – NEGATIVE VETTING or higher.
