Our client, a prominent Educational Facility located SOR, is seeking a full time Administrative Officer for a 6 month temporary assignment to commence mid June 2026. The essentials for the role will suit a person with a creative flair for creating and managing social media! Duties will include: Managing LinkedIn and Social Media Maintaining efficient administrative processes and practices within the office, including office supplies and stationery orders First point of contact for general enquires, correspondence and reception of visitors Providing confidential secretarial support including reports, agenda papers and minutes Coordination of arrangements for meetings Diary management Coordination of the content, publishing and distribution of reports Providing event coordination and operation support, including organising venues and catering Liaising with the Travel Team to arrange and coordinate travel arrangements for staff and visitors Coordinating the distribution of correspondence in a professional and timely manner Essential Criteria: Demonstrated ability to coordinate the administrative requirements of a functional area, within a very busy, fast paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced computer skills including Microsoft applications Experience managing LinkedIn content and creating new posts Understanding of branding and governance requirements Experience in CANVA will be advantageous, but not essential Excellent attention of detail Demonstrated problem solving skills The ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively as part of a small team Previous experience with Higher Education/University highly desirable If this sounds like you, send your resume to me today!
