The Opportunity We are seeking highly motivated individuals who want to work with purpose. We have two vacancies for an Employment Coordinator. This role is the primary RAES case management officer in their assigned community, responsible for assisting Job Seekers with pathways to employment. The role manages a defined caseload of Job Seekers, coordinating pathways to training and employment opportunities, and reporting these actions through Work Force Australia’s ECSN system administration tools, in accordance with our funding partner, NIAA. This is a role that requires you to work in the western sandy deserts where our community members reside, on a roster FIFO 8 weeks on, 2 weeks off. It would be advantageous if you can demonstrate past experience in working with remote indigenous communities. About You You will ideally have experience in the following area(s): · Social Service Case Management · Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant roles · Office or Business Administration · Business Operations or Coordination · Recruitment, Labour Hire, or Workforce Administration · Non-clinical Health Services Administration · Compliance Officer or Compliance Administration roles · CRM or database administration experience · KPI-driven service delivery environments You will be required to meet the following criteria to be considered and pass a due diligence/pre-employment screening process, post interview.
